Cruisin On was established in July 2003 after Debs and I bought a PT Cruiser in May of that year. As with all PT owners, we loved the car and saw all these wonderful items you could get for them.
We could not find anyone in Australia that supplied Pt Cruiser accessories, so I made a deal with Debs to gamble on a new business which we knew nothing about, and by July we had our
first shipment. We joined the local WA PT Cruiser Club, which supported us so much, received great support from Wanneroo Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge and the journey began. Wayne Urmston
from Victoria was our first internet customer. The excitement of the first order on the net, we could not believe it. So what began on a whim and a PT Cruiser now has turned into a total love for the
Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge brand. Along the way Neville and Heather joined us in New Zealand. Above are our projects from our 2001 PT Cruiser Ltd that now lives in Sydney, the 300c SRT8 that lives with me(sorry us), The 300c sedan that now lives in Baldivis and the Purple Jeep Cherokee Limited lives in Melbourne. You might ask why so many cars. Well, when we did them up people wanted to hire them for weddings etc, so the car yard expanded. The yard has gone to loving homes leaving us with the SRT8 and the 2006 Jeep Cherokee (for my gold prospecting trips not shown cause its a bit dirty mate). Now we are fully committed to our love of the brand and looking for anything new and exciting. So Debs and I are the real deal on our love for Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge which has lead us to agencies for Borla and Airaid to cover other brands. We now through these, service performance parts for Corvette and Holden VE Commodore. So that is the jouney so far with many more roads to travel. A big thank you to all the PT Cruiser Clubs in WA, SA, Vic, NSW, QLD and Tassie and all the people that supported us over these years and to all our mates we have made through Cruisin On.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS POLICY
We offer a full exchange on goods received damaged or faulty by the customer to the full value. The customer can exchange these goods for other goods to the same value. Proof of damage must be produced by the customer for Cruisin On within two (2) days of receiving the goods. No Proof No Claim. A Digital photo is the best option.
Claims made by the customer outside the two (2) day period are then at the discretion of Cruisin On to allow or disallow the claim.
The cost of returns of damage goods are at the customers expense. No cash refunds are offered on damaged goods.
REFUND POLICY ON UNDAMAGED GOODS
Cruisin On offer a refund on all goods less a 20% restocking fee as long as the goods are returned undamaged in their original packaging.
The cost of the returns for refunds are at the customers expense.
In the event that returned goods are received damaged by Cruisin On, Cruisin On will supply Digital Photographic
proof with in two (2) days of receiving the damaged goods to the customer.
The cash refund is processed once the goods are sited as undamaged by Cruisin On or proof of damaged by the shipper returning the goods to Cruisin On.
RETURN POLICY ON USED ITEMS
Used items may NOT be returned under any circumstances - you must determine immediately whether the product is damaged or that you don't want it for whatever reason. Used items that become damaged are not covered by Cruisin On. Cruisin On will not accept used items as returns.
PRICING
If the price differs in the shopping cart from the website, the website is the correct price and the only price Cruisn On accepts.
